Badia Chicken Curry with Mango and Spinach Salad

Ingredients (Serves 4):

4 boneless chicken breasts cut in cubes, 1 fl. oz. Badia Olive Oil, 4 tbsp. Badia Curry Powder, 16 fl. oz. Badia Coconut Milk, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, ½ red onion cut into julienne strips, 1 bunch of finely chopped fresh cilantro, Salt and pepper to taste, 2 ripe mangos cut in cubes, 1 lb. baby spinach, 3 oz. chopped salted peanuts, 1 sweet red pepper cut into julienne strips, 8 cherry tomatoes cut in half, ½ lemon (juice), 2 tbsp. Badia Olive Oil.

Badia Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients (Serves 4):

8 Russet potatoes, 1 tsp. salt, 4 oz. butter, ¾ cup whipping cream, 1 bunch chopped fresh parsley, 4 -- 7 oz. sirloin steaks, 4 tbsp. Badia Chimichurri, 2 tbsp. Badia Olive Oil, Salt and pepper to taste.

Badia Turkey Meatballs with Tomato and Aioli Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 4):

Turkey Meatballs:

1.4 lb. ground turkey breast, 4 tbsp. Badia Chopped Garlic in Olive Oil, 2 eggs, Badia Paprika to taste, Salt and pepper to taste, 2.7 fl. oz. brandy, ½ red onion finely chopped, 4 tomatoes, 4 stalks fresh thyme, 3 bay leaves, 3½ oz. brown sugar, 2 cups frying oil.

Aioli Sauce:

3 ½ oz. low-fat mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. Badia Chopped Garlic in Olive Oil, ½ lemon zest and juice, Salt and pepper to taste.

Badia Grilled Sea Bass Fillets with Fennel and Coconut Cream

Ingredients (Serves 4):

4 - 6 oz. sea bass fillets, 1 big fennel head, 1¾ cup Badia Coconut Milk, ¼ big onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 1/2 fl. oz. Badia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and pepper to taste.

Badia Roasted Whole Chicken with Mustard and Parsley Rice

Ingredients (Serves 4):

2 tbsp. Badia Complete Seasoning, 1 whole chicken, 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 3 lemons (juice and zest), ½ cup finely chopped fresh parsley, 3 stalks fresh parsley, 5 tbsp. Badia Olive Oil, 2 plum tomatoes, 2 cups parboiled white rice, 6 cups water, 1 tbsp. salt, Mixed greens.

Lemon Vinaigrette for Salad:

Juice from 2 squeezed lemons, 5 tbsp. Badia Olive Oil, Salt and pepper to taste

Badia Sriracha Chili Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients (Serves 4):

24 oz. fresh shrimp, 1 tomato, 1/2 avocado, 1 small bunch of fresh cilantro, 1 tsp. Badia Sriracha Chili Sauce, 4 limes for juice, 2 limes for garnish, 1 red onion, Tortilla chips for garnish (optional), 1 tbsp. grated ginger, Salt and pepper.
